Univision Documentary on Parkour Featuring MIAPK
Tonight (Nov 9th) be sure to tune in to local Channel 23 at 10pm for "Aqui y Ahoras", a Spanish variety show on Univision, which will premiere a documentary about Parkour. The documentary features Miami Parkour, as well as Miami Movement Family and Fearbox.
MIAPK and FIU-PK Leave NO Trace Event
This Sunday, MIAPK and FIU-PK went to Florida Int'l University- not to jam, but instead to clean up around campus.
The New MIAPK Training Format
Adaptability is a key ingredient in Parkour, and it is reflected in our training as well. Our original Tuesday and Wednesday training days separated techniques from conditioning exercises. Now, we have taken those skills and combined them together into all-around training sessions.

Red Bull "Art of Motion"
This past weekend, Miami Parkour and the 954Freerunners took a road trip over to Tampa, FL for the first ever Red Bull "Art of Motion" event in the U.S. We took tons of pics, met with some of the best freerunners in the world, and had a blast training with other traceurs from all over Florida!
